I remember feeling the same way—first week or two, I kept forgetting to pop them back in after meals, lol. But honestly, it became routine pretty quick. Curious though, did anyone find braces easier because you can't actually forget them?

I found braces easier in terms of compliance, honestly. With Invisalign, there's always that little voice in your head reminding you to put them back in, and sometimes I'd delay it after meals or snacks. Braces eliminate that issue entirely, which was a relief. That said, Invisalign was definitely more comfortable and convenient for cleaning teeth. So, it's really about weighing your priorities—convenience vs. guaranteed compliance. Either way, you do get used to it pretty fast.

We went with Invisalign for my daughter, and honestly, the compliance thing was a bit of a struggle at first. She'd forget to put them back in after lunch at school or after snacks at home... drove me a little nuts at first, haha. But after a couple weeks, it became second nature for her. The comfort factor was huge too—no wires poking her cheeks or emergency orthodontist visits. Did you find braces caused any discomfort or irritation for you or your kid? Curious how others managed that.
