Honestly, I was starting to panic when I noticed my toddler's front teeth getting those little brownish spots. Felt like the worst parent ever, you know? But after some trial and error, cutting back on bedtime bottles, switching to water at night, and brushing gently after milk, things turned around. Teeth look way better now, and dentist gave us a thumbs-up last visit. Curious if anyone else had luck turning around early tooth decay like this?

You're doing great! It's always awesome to hear when parents manage to turn things around like this—early action makes a huge difference. I've seen plenty of cases where tweaking bedtime habits and gentle brushing really improved early decay. One extra tip: fluoride toothpaste (just a tiny smear) can help strengthen enamel and keep those brown spots away. Glad your dentist gave the thumbs-up; sounds like you're on the right track now.
