I've been noticing some of my older bottles getting kinda gross—cloudy insides, weird smells, you know the drill. Usually, I just rinse them out with hot water, bit of soap, then air dry upside down. Every few weeks, I soak them in diluted vinegar overnight. Seems to help, but honestly, it's a hassle. Does anyone have an easier or more effective method? Maybe something I'm missing here...

Have you tried denture cleaning tablets? I started using them after noticing the same cloudy buildup in my bottles... seems to work pretty well. But now I'm wondering if they're safe long-term—anyone know?
