"But once they're off, eating pizza without elastics is next-level satisfying."

Couldn't agree more. It's interesting how those small details—like finally biting into pizza without worrying about elastics—impact our overall experience. Underbite corrections do require patience, but the functional benefits are definitely worth the wait in my experience.

My daughter went through the same thing, and I remember how frustrated she'd get with those elastics. She'd stare longingly at pizza nights, carefully cutting slices into tiny bites—definitely not the same experience. But honestly, once her braces came off, it was like rediscovering food all over again. Hang in there...the difference in comfort and function afterward is pretty amazing. It's a slow journey, but totally worth it in the end.

Haha, this brought back memories. I remember those elastics all too well—felt like I was wearing tiny rubber bands from hell. Pizza nights were torture, and don't even get me started on burgers...I basically had to dissect them with a fork and knife. But you're totally right about rediscovering food afterward. Once my braces came off, it was like tasting everything for the first time again. Hang in there, seriously. It feels like forever now, but the payoff is huge. Plus, you'll have some funny stories to tell later about your epic battles with stretchy rubber bands and stubborn pizza crusts.

Haha, reading this gave me flashbacks to my own pizza struggles. Did you ever try eating spaghetti with those elastics? Nightmare mode activated... But yeah, hang tight, it'll be worth it in the end.

Haha, spaghetti with elastics was definitely a boss-level challenge. I remember one time at a family dinner, I thought I'd mastered it, got a bit overconfident, and... let's just say my shirt had more sauce than the pasta did. But seriously, hang in there. I had braces for almost three years (felt like an eternity at the time), and there were plenty of days I wondered if it was all worth it. But trust me, once they're off, you'll barely remember the struggle—just the relief of finally biting into pizza without second-guessing every bite. You're doing great, and you're closer now than you were yesterday. You've totally got this.
