Haha, ain't that the truth... I remember after my procedure, I was convinced I'd be fine with mashed potatoes for days. Nope—by day three, even the sight of them made me wanna run. You're totally right though, taste buds do settle down pretty fast. Hang tight, you'll be back to your favorite snacks sooner than you think.

Mashed potatoes, huh? I was the same way but with smoothies. Thought I'd love 'em forever, but after about a week, even the blender noise made me cringe. Honestly though, it's all about variety—soups, scrambled eggs, yogurt... switching things up really helps keep you from getting burnt out on one thing. Hang in there, it'll pass quicker than you realize.
