Totally get what you're saying about the gut feeling thing. I had a similar experience—not bone graft, but wisdom teeth extraction. First doc gave me this weird rushed vibe, like he was late for lunch or something. Ignored it, went ahead anyway, and ended up with complications that dragged on forever. Now I'm shopping around for a second opinion on my bone graft surgery, and you bet I'm grilling these docs like it's a job interview... lesson learned indeed.
