But yeah, avocado alone didn't really cut it for me eitherβ€”I usually felt hungry again within an hour or two. What helped me was adding things like Greek yogurt or protein powder to bulk it up a bit. I was cautious about seeds or anything crunchy (my dentist warned me about those), but blending in some banana or oats made a noticeable difference too. It kept me feeling fuller longer and less worried about accidentally chewing something I shouldn't. Maybe give that a try if you're comfortable with those ingredients...
