Surprised by what’s lurking in “healthy” snacks?

- Yep, Greek yogurt with honey is tasty but the sugar in some brands is wild. I stick to plain and add my own fruit or just a drizzle of honey—way easier to control.

- Cottage cheese... I’ve tried every way people recommend, even blended it for “cheesecake” recipes. Still can’t get past the texture.

- Silken tofu in mashed potatoes actually works. Did it once when I was out of milk—super creamy, nobody noticed.

- Protein bars are tricky. Some have more sugar than a Snickers. I check for ones with minimal ingredients now, but honestly, sometimes a handful of nuts is just better.

- It’s funny how “healthy” snacks can be worse than the real thing if you don’t read the label. Learned that the hard way after a week of “healthy” granola bars that were basically dessert.
