Yeah, I hear you on the “healthy” snacks not always being all that great for teeth. I’ve had a few of those protein bars and they really do stick to everything—my hygienist always knows when I’ve been snacking before an appointment. Honestly, I’d rather deal with a weird-tasting probiotic thing than have to get another filling. It’s tough to find something that’s actually good for your mouth and doesn’t taste like cardboard… but avoiding hard candy is definitely a win.
