I get the appeal of interdental brushes, but tbh, I've found they can wear down quickly too—especially if you're thorough or have tight spaces. Might sound counterintuitive, but investing in a decent water flosser has actually been a game changer for me. Took a couple days to get comfortable with it, but now it's way gentler around my implants. Plus, no more brushes to toss every week or two...just throwing it out there as another option to consider.

Interesting perspective on the water flosser—I agree, they can be quite effective, especially around implants. I've personally found a combination approach works best: interdental brushes for quick daily cleaning (even though, yes, they do wear out annoyingly fast), and the water flosser a few times a week for deeper cleaning. Took me a while to find the right balance, but my dentist noticed improvement at my last check-up, so something's working...

Haha, glad it's not just me! Those tiny brushes vanish faster than socks in the laundry. I tried water flossing too but ended up spraying the mirror more than my teeth... orthodontics life struggles.

Haha, relatable! I've never quite mastered the water flosser either—my bathroom ends up looking like a splash zone. Have you tried those silicone interdental picks yet? Wondering if they're easier or just another gimmick...

Haha, glad I'm not alone in the water flossing disaster zone. I haven't tried the silicone picks yet—honestly, I'm a bit skeptical they'd fit comfortably around implants... anyone here have experience with them?
