Had cosmetic bonding done on my front teeth about a year ago, and at first I was kinda clueless about keeping it nice. But lately I've been extra carefulβ€”avoiding stuff that stains (coffee addict here, so um, yeah, tough one), using gentle toothpaste, and being careful not to bite into anything too hard. Big difference. Teeth still look smooth and bright, like I just got them done. Curious if anyone else had good luck keeping their bonding looking fresh long-term?

I've had bonding on my front teeth for almost three years now, and honestly, the coffee thing was the hardest adjustment for me too. At first I tried drinking through a straw (awkward and weirdly unsatisfying?), but eventually settled on just rinsing with water right after each cup. Seems to help quite a bit. Have you noticed any dullness over time, or does yours still have that glossy look? Mine's held up pretty well, but I'm always paranoid it'll fade eventually...

Honestly, the coffee anxiety is realβ€”I still remember the first few weeks after getting my bonding done. Every sip felt like I was sabotaging my teeth, lol. I've found rinsing helps too, but sometimes I'll gently brush with a soft toothbrush right after coffee if I can. Mine's stayed glossy for about four years now, but I swear every time I look closely in the mirror I'm convinced it's losing shine...could just be paranoia though.
