I totally relate to the “watch spots” saga. My dentist has a whole chart just for my “areas of interest”—it’s like dental bingo at this point. Meanwhile, my roommate eats candy like it’s a food group and never gets so much as a warning. I do wonder if some of us just drew the short straw genetically, but then again, maybe obsessing over every single skipped floss is just stressing us out more than it helps? Anyone else ever get that weird guilt when you skip a night, even though you know one time probably isn’t the end of the world...
