I've been stuck wearing a mouthguard at night for teeth grinding, and honestly, it was driving me nuts at first. Felt like I had a hockey puck in my mouth, lol. But then I tried soaking it in warm (not hot!) water for a minute or two before putting it in, and it made a huge difference. Softens it up just enough to feel way less bulky. Curious if anyone else has little tricks that make theirs more bearable...

Haha, totally get that feeling. Have you tried trimming the edges slightly? My dentist suggested it, and honestly, it made mine way less irritating. Just be careful not to trim too much...

Hmm, trimming can help sometimes, but honestly I've seen a few cases where people trimmed too much and ended up with uneven pressure points. Maybe try softening it in warm water first? Worked wonders for me when mine felt bulky...
