Seriously, is it just me or does denture adhesive never seem to last as long as the package claims? I'm constantly reapplying and it's getting annoying... wondering if others have this issue too or maybe I'm doing something wrong.

You're definitely not alone with this issue. Adhesives always seem overly optimistic with their promises - my orthodontic wax never lasted as long as they claimed either. Maybe try applying less at first; sounds counterintuitive, but oddly enough it worked better for me.
