Did you know some electric toothbrushes actually have pressure sensors that light up if you’re brushing too hard?
Sometimes these gadgets help, but sometimes they just make me second-guess everything.
That’s exactly how I felt when I first tried one of those brushes with all the bells and whistles. The pressure light would flash and I’d freeze up, then wonder if I was missing spots. I do think the “small circles, not scrubbing” advice is spot on, though. Out of curiosity, has anyone here actually noticed less gum recession or sensitivity after switching to a pressure-sensor brush? Or does it just make you more anxious about your technique?
