Just realized I've been using the same electric toothbrush head for like... 5 months now. 😬 Curious if that's normal or if I'm just lazy, lol. How often do you guys usually swap yours? Quick poll:
- Every 1-2 months
- Every 3-4 months
- Um...when the bristles look sad?
- Wait, we're supposed to change them??

Every 3-4 months is usually what's recommended by dentists, or sooner if the bristles start fraying. 5 months isn't terrible, but swapping it out regularly helps keep bacteria down and cleaning effective...especially important for kids who aren't always thorough brushers.
