My dentist convinced me to switch to electric—now I'm lost in toothbrush land

Totally agree, simpler is the way to go. I've never understood the whole Bluetooth toothbrush craze either—like, do I really need an app to tell me I'm brushing wrong? 😂 Anyway, Brushmo heads work fine for me too. Had one dud pack once, but for the price difference, I'll happily gamble again. Pressure sensors are legit though...my gums thank me daily.

Ha, glad someone else mentioned the Bluetooth thing. When my orthodontist first suggested electric, I panicked and bought one of those fancy app-connected brushes thinking it'd somehow speed up my braces journey—spoiler alert, it didn't. Now I'm happily sticking to a simpler one with a pressure sensor...way less stressful.

Totally agree on the pressure sensor—it's honestly the most underrated feature. I learned the hard way after brushing too aggressively for years. Fancy apps are cool, but gentle gums win every time, trust me.

Pressure sensors are a lifesaver, seriously. I used to think brushing harder meant cleaner teeth until my dentist gently reminded me I'm brushing enamel, not scrubbing grout off bathroom tiles... lesson learned the awkward way. Fancy apps are fun distractions, but simple wins for me too.

I learned that lesson myself a few years back. I used to scrub my teeth like they owed me money or something... ended up with sensitive gums and a stern talking-to from my dentist. Switched to electric with one of those pressure sensors, and it was like night and day. Honestly, the simpler the better—don't need a toothbrush that's smarter than my phone. Just give me something practical that keeps my dentist off my back.
