Had a dentist appointment yesterday and realized halfway there I forgot to brush my teeth after lunch. Panic mode activated, lol. Started rummaging through my bag at red lights hoping for gum or mints—nothing. Got me thinking, what would you guys put in your own personal dentist survival kit? Like, essentials you'd never leave home without if you knew you'd be sitting in that chair soon...
Totally get that panic feeling... been there myself more than once. Usually, I keep those disposable mini toothbrushes—the ones with built-in toothpaste—in my car or backpack. Lifesavers for quick emergencies. Also, floss picks are underrated; dentists always seem happier when you've flossed recently. Anyone else feel like mouthwash strips disappeared off store shelves? Those were handy too, especially since they took up zero space.
