I’ve been dealing with receding gums for a while now, and honestly, brushing has turned into this weird balancing act - like, clean enough but not so hard that my gums get mad at me. I’ve tried a few soft brushes but some still feel too rough. Are there any specific brands or types that actually feel gentle but still get the job done? Electric vs manual - does it even matter for this?
