Been struggling with acid reflux messing up my teeth enamel for ages, but after tweaking my diet and rinsing with baking soda water, things improved big time. Anyone else manage to fix this issue somehow, or am I just lucky this worked?

Glad you found something that works. I've had acid reflux issues for years too, and honestly, I didn't even realize it was damaging my teeth until my dentist pointed it out. Freaked me out a bit, tbh. I tried the baking soda rinse thing too, but it made my mouth feel weirdly dry afterward...didn't stick with it. Instead, I cut back on acidic foods like tomatoes and citrus fruits (which sucked, cause I love pasta sauce), and started chewing sugar-free gum after meals to boost saliva. Seems to be helping so far, though I'm still anxious about long-term enamel damage. Did your dentist give you any other tips besides diet changes? Curious if I'm missing something important here.
