my dentist warned me vaping could mess up my smile, but I didn't think much of it until yesterday.

I've actually noticed a pretty decent improvement with tooth sensitivity since switching to hydroxyapatite toothpaste. Before, cold drinks were a real painβ€”literallyβ€”but now I barely notice it. That said, my sister tried it too and didn't feel much difference at all, so maybe it's one of those things that varies from person to person? Either way, definitely worth giving it a shot if sensitivity's bugging you...

Interesting about the hydroxyapatite toothpasteβ€”I tried it too, but honestly didn't notice much difference myself. Maybe my teeth are just stubborn, lol. But yeah, vaping definitely made my sensitivity worse over time. Didn't really connect the dots until my dentist pointed it out. Now I'm wondering if switching toothpaste brands again might help...or if I should just finally listen and cut back on vaping altogether. Decisions, decisions...

Yeah, vaping can definitely sneak up on you with sensitivity issues. Have you tried toothpaste with potassium nitrate yet? It usually helps calm down sensitive nerves pretty quickly. Might be worth a shot before making bigger changes...though cutting back vaping wouldn't hurt either, haha.

Yeah, potassium nitrate toothpaste is pretty solid adviceβ€”helped me a lot when my teeth got super sensitive. Have you checked if there's a generic brand? Usually way cheaper and just as good...Every dollar counts these days, haha. Cutting back vaping gets easier too, trust me.

I've been using the generic potassium nitrate toothpaste for a while now, seems decent enough. But does anyone know if vaping stains teeth as badly as coffee or tea? Trying to avoid extra dental visits...
