[Closed] my dentist warned me vaping could mess up my smile, but I didn't think much of it until yesterday.

Totally feel you on the Sensodyne thing. When I first switched, I kept thinking, "Wait...did I actually brush my teeth or just wave the toothbrush around?" 😂 But honestly, pairing it with an alcohol-free rinse helped me too—made my mouth feel fresher without that burn. As for vaping, I get the worry...my dentist gave me a similar spiel once. Small tweaks really do make a difference though, so you're already on the right track. Hang in there!

Haha, exactly my first thought with Sensodyne. Took a while to get used to the lack of foam. About vaping though, dentists aren't exaggerating—seen plenty of cases where it subtly stains teeth or irritates gums. Good you're paying attention early.

Sensodyne threw me off at first too—felt like brushing with lotion or something, haha. About vaping, I've noticed my teeth feeling more sensitive lately, but wasn't sure if it was related. Did your dentist mention anything about vaping affecting tooth sensitivity specifically? Curious if that's a thing or just me overthinking...

Sensodyne definitely takes some getting used to, haha—felt like brushing with cake frosting at first. About vaping, my dentist did mention it can dry out your mouth, which apparently makes teeth more sensitive and prone to issues. I've noticed my teeth feeling a bit off after vaping sessions too, so you're probably not just imagining things. Cutting back helped me a bit, but everyone's different...might be worth mentioning next time you're in the chair just to ease your mind.

"felt like brushing with cake frosting at first."

Haha, that's exactly how I felt when I first switched to Sensodyne—thought I was the only one! About vaping though, I've heard similar stuff from my dentist too. Makes sense that dryness could cause sensitivity, but now I'm wondering... does vaping flavor matter? Like, would sweeter flavors potentially be worse for your teeth than others? Curious if anyone's dentist has mentioned anything specific about flavors or ingredients.
