Gum definitely helps short-term, but honestly, I found it made my jaw sore after a while. I ended up switching to sugar-free lozenges insteadβless chewing and they seemed to last longer for me. Also, about the humidifier...I tried one too, but didn't notice much difference personally. Maybe it depends on your room size or climate? Either way, dry mouth sucks big time...hope you find something that works soon.
