My dentist did a quick adjustment—literally took like five minutes—and it made a huge difference. Also, if you're budget-conscious like me, generic sensitive toothpaste worked just as well as Sensodyne, just saying... Did your dentist check your bite alignment yet? Might be worth asking about.
