"Honestly, the first few weeks felt a bit strange, but soon enough it became second nature..."

Yeah, that initial weirdness is totally relatable. I went for aligners a couple years back—mostly because my dentist kept nudging me about it and I finally caved. Honestly, I was hesitant at first due to the cost (budget was tight), but looking back now, I feel it was worth every penny. You get used to the routine quicker than you'd think, and seeing those subtle improvements in photos over time was pretty rewarding. Hang in there, it'll pay off.

Did you shop around much before deciding? I'm currently debating aligners vs traditional braces—trying to balance cost and convenience. Good to hear it worked out for you though...gives me hope.

I totally get the struggle...spent weeks comparing prices myself. Aligners seemed pricier upfront, but convenience-wise, they're a lifesaver. Honestly, not having to pick spinach outta brackets after lunch was worth the extra bucks for me, lol. Good luck deciding!

I feel you on that spinach thing, haha. I went with aligners myself, mostly because I couldn't imagine dealing with brackets at my age. Honestly, the convenience factor was huge for me too—being able to pop them out for special occasions or photos was a relief. It did cost a bit more upfront, but looking back, zero regrets. Whatever you choose, just remember it's temporary and totally worth it in the end. Hang in there!

Haha, totally relate to the spinach struggle—my kiddo's always checking his braces after meals. Honestly though, watching his confidence grow makes all the awkward phases worth it. Hang tight, it'll fly by faster than you think... crooked teeth won't stand a chance!
