"crooked smiles have character anyway :)"

Haha, totally agree with this. My teeth shifted years after braces too, even though I wore my retainer religiously for ages. Honestly, at my age, a little imperfection doesn’t bother me much anymore... as long as they're healthy and I can still chew comfortably, it's all good.

One thing I've wondered though—anyone else notice their bite changing slightly as they got older? Mine feels a bit different lately, even though visually things seem mostly the same. Maybe it's just me overthinking it?

My teeth shifted a bit too, even though I wore my retainer pretty consistently. Honestly, I just decided to embrace it—braces again would be way too pricey for me right now, and it's not like they're causing any real issues. About the bite thing, I've noticed mine feels different sometimes too, especially if I'm stressed or clenching my jaw more. Maybe it's just one of those weird things that happens as we age...

I feel you on this one. My teeth shifted slightly too, even though I was pretty obsessive about wearing my retainer (seriously, I was THAT person). Honestly, I panicked at first, thinking I'd need braces again—like who has the budget for round two? But after a while, I realized no one else even notices the shift except me. As long as it's not affecting your bite or causing pain, maybe try not to stress too much... easier said than done, I know.

Totally relate to this. My bottom teeth shifted a bit too, even though I wore my retainer religiously for years. At first it bugged me, but honestly, no one else notices. As long as your bite feels okay, it's probably fine... teeth naturally shift a little over time anyway.

Same thing happened to me, even after years of wearing retainers. My dentist explained teeth are always shifting slightly because of jaw changes, aging, and even how we chew or sleep. Honestly, I obsessed about it at first, but now I barely notice. If your bite feels comfortable and you're not experiencing pain or issues chewing, it's probably nothing to stress about. Curious though, has anyone tried those clear aligners for minor shifts? Wondering if they're worth the hassle or just another thing to fuss over...
