It's reassuring to hear your experience because I was honestly getting a bit anxious about the healing process myself. I tried smoothies too, but even banana felt weirdly thick at first...ended up watering them down quite a bit. Funny you mention mashed potatoesβ€”I thought they'd be my comfort food go-to, but nope, same sticky issue here. Guess it's all about patience and experimenting gently until something clicks. Glad to know I'm not alone in the trial-and-error club, haha.

Totally relate to this! After my biopsy, I thought yogurt would be my savior, but even that felt oddly gritty at first. Hang in there...it really does get easier bit by bit. You're definitely not alone.

Yeah, yogurt was tricky for me too... weirdly enough, mashed avocado was the first thing that actually felt soothing. Maybe the healthy fats helped? Might be worth a shot if you're still experimenting.

Mashed avocado definitely makes senseβ€”healthy fats can help soothe irritated tissue and support healing. I also found lukewarm bone broth helpful... gentle on the mouth, plus collagen and nutrients might speed things along. Yogurt was a no-go for me too, weird texture issues.

Mashed avocado sounds decent, but honestly, I found anything thick or pastyβ€”even avocadoβ€”tended to stick around the biopsy site and make things uncomfortable. Bone broth was alright, but personally, cold smoothies were my lifesaver. The chill numbed the soreness a bit, and blending in spinach or berries gave me nutrients without irritation. Yogurt texture never bothered me much, but everyone's different, I guess... Maybe try smoothies if avocado feels too heavy?
