Totally agree with you on the berry seeds—I tried a raspberry smoothie once after my biopsy, and those tiny seeds were surprisingly irritating. Banana-mango sounds like a safer bet. As for scrambled eggs, I found adding cream cheese actually made them smoother and easier to swallow, not thicker. Just had to whisk it in really well. Mashed potatoes with gravy was definitely my go-to as well... affordable, filling, and gentle on the mouth.

Banana-mango sounds great, but honestly, after my biopsy I got so bored of sweet stuff. Ended up blending soups—broccoli cheddar was surprisingly good (and cheap!). Agree on mashed potatoes though, they're basically the MVP of soft foods.

Banana-mango does sound tasty, but yeah, sweet stuff gets old fast. When I had mine done, I thought I'd be clever and stock up on ice cream and smoothies—big mistake. By day three, I was craving anything savory. Ended up experimenting with scrambled eggs mashed up with avocado (sounds weird, I know, but trust me, it works). Also, instant oatmeal packets were a lifesaver—cheap, filling, and you can tweak the flavor easily. Mashed potatoes are definitely the MVP, though. I remember getting so desperate for variety that I blended up some mac and cheese... let's just say the texture was questionable at best. Lesson learned: not everything tastes good blended.

Actually, scrambled eggs and avocado sounds pretty good to me—soft texture, healthy fats, protein... makes sense it'd be soothing. Did you try soups at all? After my gum graft, I found lukewarm soups like creamy tomato or butternut squash really comforting. Just avoid anything too hot or acidic. Also curious if anyone's dentist recommended rinsing with salt water regularly? Mine did, and it seemed to help healing quite a bit.

Scrambled eggs and avocado actually sounds pretty tasty to me too, not weird at all. I did a lot of mashed sweet potatoes after my biopsy—cheap, easy, and filling. Soup was good too, but I stuck mostly to homemade chicken broth since it was budget-friendly and soothing. My dentist also recommended salt water rinses, and honestly, I think it sped up the healing quite a bit... definitely worth trying if you haven't yet.
