I've had similar experiences actually. My cordless one was great at first, but after a while it started sputtering like an old coffee maker. 😅 Countertop's been smoother sailing so far, though I'm not sure if it's tubing or just the stronger motor pushing through any buildup. Either way, less vinegar soaking is a win in my book—my bathroom smelled like salad dressing half the time...

Haha, the salad dressing smell struggle is real... I've been there! I started with a cordless too, and it was handy at first, but the battery life drove me nuts after a while. Switched to countertop and haven't looked back—stronger pressure definitely helps keep things clear. Quick tip: running warm water through it after each use seems to cut down on buildup, so less vinegar adventures overall. Worth a shot if you haven't tried it yet.

Countertop's definitely got the power advantage, but do you find it annoying dealing with the extra space it takes up on your sink? I've been tempted to switch, but my bathroom counter's already crowded enough...

I switched to cordless about a year ago for exactly that reason—my tiny bathroom counter was starting to look like a dentist's office, lol. Honestly, the power difference isn't huge enough to miss, and now I don't knock things over every morning...worth it imo.
