I feel your pain with the tiny sink situation... I had the same issue when I switched to countertop. Ended up getting a small floating shelf installed right above the sink—total game changer, freed up space and no more knocking over my toothbrush every morning.

I went cordless after years of countertop use, mostly because my bathroom is the size of a shoebox and the corded one took up half the counter. But honestly, I kinda miss the power of my old countertop model. The cordless is convenient, sure, but it feels like I'm charging it constantly. Your shelf idea sounds pretty genius though... maybe I gave up on countertop too soon.

Same struggle here, tiny bathroom club represent. I went cordless thinking I'd finally reclaim some precious counter space, but now it's like having another needy device begging for juice every other day... kinda miss my old countertop beast blasting plaque into oblivion, lol.

Ugh, totally feel this. I was tempted by cordless too—seemed like the perfect solution for our cramped bathroom—but now I'm hesitating. How often are you actually charging it? Is it a nightly thing or more like every few days? My kiddo's orthodontist keeps stressing how important consistent flossing is with braces, and I’m worried that if it's always running low on battery, it'll be just one more excuse to skip it...

We used to have a countertop model at our old place, and even though it hogged space, at least it was reliable. Now I'm stuck between convenience and practicality again. Are the cordless models strong enough anyway? I'm anxious about plaque buildup around brackets—really need something powerful enough to handle that.

I'm with you on the countertop being a space hog, but honestly, cordless just doesn't cut it for braces. My nephew tried one when he got his brackets, and it was like bringing a water pistol to a firefight—just not enough oomph to tackle stubborn plaque. Plus, charging every couple days got old real quick. I'd rather sacrifice a little counter real estate than deal with another device that's always whining for attention...
