I'm scheduled to have my wisdom teeth out next week and honestly, I'm a bit nervous. Last time I had dental work, I wasn't prepared at all and ended up eating pudding cups for three days straight, lol. Has anyone else been through this? How'd you handle recovery at home?

Totally get why you're nervous...I was pretty anxious too before my wisdom teeth came out. Honestly, I found having a variety of soft foods ready helped a lot—mashed potatoes, smoothies, and soups were my go-to. Also, ice packs were a lifesaver for swelling. Just remember, it's okay to take it easy and rest up. You'll get through it quicker than you think, promise. Hang in there!
