Okay, so I've been flossing regularly for a while now, but recently my dentist mentioned I wasn't quite getting it right—apparently there's more to it than just sliding the floss in and out. He showed me this method where you curve the floss around each tooth in a C-shape and gently go below the gumline, kinda hugging the tooth as you move up and down. It felt weird at first, but now I'm used to it and my gums seem less irritated. Anyone got other tips or tricks they swear by?

Yeah, that C-shape method is a game changer. Another thing I found helpful was switching to a softer floss—some brands feel like you're flossing with fishing line, lol. My gums thanked me almost immediately.
