dentist whitening kit vs. drugstore trays
I've had mixed results myself. Dentist trays were definitely more comfortable, but honestly, I didn't see a huge difference in the final whiteness compared to drugstore strips. Maybe my teeth just aren't that sensitive or picky? Curious though - has anyone noticed if one method lasts longer than the other? Seems like my results fade pretty quickly either way...
