The fit was way better than those floppy drugstore strips, and we didn’t have to wrestle with them slipping off mid-Netflix.
That’s exactly what sold me on the custom trays too. I tried the over-the-counter strips and honestly, half the time I’d end up with weird patchy spots or the strip sliding around. The dentist trays just felt more secure. I did notice a little sensitivity at first, but switching to a gentler gel made a big difference. It’s a bit of a splurge, but I figure I already spent a fortune on braces... might as well finish the job, right?
