I get where you're coming from, but honestly, the anxiety about dental x-rays might be a bit overblown. Modern dental x-rays expose you to super minimal radiationβ€”it's way less than you'd get flying cross-country or spending time outside in the sun. Plus, dentists usually recommend them based on your personal risk factors, not just randomly. My dentist explained that catching things early (like tiny cavities between teeth or bone loss) can actually save you from more invasive procedures down the line.

Of course, everyone's comfort level varies, and it's totally reasonable to question if something feels unnecessary. But skipping x-rays regularly just because nothing hurts yet...might not always be the best strategy. Dental issues can sneak up quietly before they cause noticeable symptoms. Just something to consider!
