Had sedation for dental work yesterday and man, today I'm still feeling kinda groggy and spaced out. Thought I'd bounce back quicker, you know? Anyone else feel like recovery takes longer than expected, or is it just me being a lightweight, lol?

You're definitely not alone there. Sedation, even mild forms used in dentistry, can linger longer than most people expect. Factors like your metabolism, hydration levels, and even stress beforehand can affect how quickly you clear it out of your system. I've noticed that staying well-hydrated and getting some fresh air helps speed things along a bit. Give yourself another day or soβ€”it's pretty normal to feel off for a bit longer than anticipated.
