“Has anyone noticed a big change after switching to a pricier brush or gadget?”
Honestly, I did notice my gums bled less after switching to a sonic brush, but I’m still anxious it’s just placebo. My hygienist swears it helps, but sometimes I wonder if I’m just overthinking it. Manual brushing worked fine for years... I just get nervous about missing something, especially after a bad whitening experience. Still, I kinda regret spending that much.
