"Spinach panic though... that's a lifelong struggle, braces or not."

Haha, spinach panic is real. I swear, spinach has some kind of magnetic attraction to teeth—braces just amplify its powers. And yeah, paper-thin apples are a lifesaver. Personally, I got hooked on mashed avocado with a squeeze of lime, spread super thinly on soft tortillas. Minimal chewing, maximum flavor. Also, steaming bagels? Genius move... wish I'd known that trick earlier before I turned half my bagels into hockey pucks in the microwave.

Spinach panic is definitely universal, but honestly, cilantro anxiety is my personal nemesis. That stuff sticks like glue, braces or not. Avocado tortillas sound amazing though—wish I'd thought of that when I first got mine on. I survived mostly on smoothies and lukewarm soups for the first week, which got old fast. And yeah, microwaving bagels is a risky game... learned that the hard way after nearly cracking a tooth on one of my own creations. Steaming sounds way smarter.

Haha, cilantro anxiety is real—I swear that stuff has a personal vendetta against me. I once confidently went out for tacos after getting my veneers done, thinking I was safe... nope. Spent half the meal subtly swishing water around my mouth, hoping no one noticed. And microwaved bagels? Rookie mistake, my friend. Steaming is definitely the way to go—softens them up without turning them into hockey pucks. Hang in there, it gets easier (and tastier) from here.

Haha, I feel this so much. After getting my braces off, I went straight for sushi thinking it was a safe bet—big mistake. Seaweed bits everywhere, and I spent the whole dinner awkwardly covering my mouth every time I laughed. Lesson learned: stick to safe foods for at least a day or two. And yeah, microwaved bagels are a crime against breakfast... steaming sounds interesting though, might have to try that next time.

Haha, sushi right after braces is definitely brave—seaweed is sneaky stuff. Honestly, I'd suggest sticking to softer foods for at least a few days... soups, pasta, even mashed potatoes. Ever tried eating salad post-braces? Nightmare territory. Did anyone else underestimate certain foods like that?
