"Still, better slow than sorry with tooth pain, haha."

Haha, totally agree with you there—slow and steady definitely beats dealing with tooth sensitivity. Did you find certain toothpaste or mouthwash helped ease the sensitivity during your treatments? I remember when I was going through mine, my dentist recommended switching to a toothpaste specifically for sensitive teeth, and it made a noticeable difference after a week or two. But everyone's different, right? Curious if you noticed any particular products or habits that made the process easier for you.

I switched to one of those sensitive toothpastes too, and it did help a bit. But honestly, the biggest difference for me was cutting back on acidic drinks—especially soda and citrus juices. Didn't realize how much they were contributing to the sensitivity until I eased off them for a while. Did you notice any dietary changes helping you out, or was it mostly just the toothpaste switch?

Totally relate to this! For me though, dietary changes didn't really make a huge difference—I tried cutting back on soda and citrus too, but it was minimal improvement at best. Honestly, switching to a sensitive toothpaste and using a softer toothbrush helped way more. Might just depend on the person... Glad you found something that works, though. Smiling without worrying about tooth pain is such a relief.

Yeah, sensitive toothpaste helped me a bit too, but honestly the biggest improvement came after my dentist suggested a fluoride varnish treatment. Was skeptical at first...but it really toned down the sensitivity noticeably. Might be worth looking into if toothpaste alone isn't cutting it.

Had a similar experience myself—fluoride varnish was surprisingly effective. Toothpaste helped, sure, but after my dentist applied the varnish, I could finally enjoy ice cream again without wincing...definitely underrated advice.
