Anyone worried about those whitening gels messing up your teeth?

I've been using one of those whitening gels from the drugstore for about a week now, and honestly, my teeth feel kinda sensitive and weird. Like, drinking cold water is suddenly a mini torture session, you know? I thought these things were supposed to be safe and gentle, but now I'm second-guessing it. Has anyone else had this happen or am I just unlucky with sensitive teeth?

Yeah, that's pretty common actually. I tried a similar gel last year - same thing happened. Teeth felt weirdly sensitive, especially with cold drinks or ice cream. It eased up after I stopped using it for a few days though. Maybe try spacing out your applications more or switch to one labeled for sensitive teeth? Worked better for me without breaking the bank. Hang in there, it usually passes quickly.
