Been thinking about whitening my teeth at home, but I'm stuck between those whitening strips you stick on your teeth and those LED tray thingies. Strips seem easier, you know, just slap 'em on and chill, but I've heard the LED trays might give quicker results? Not sure if that's true or just marketing hype. Anyone tried both and noticed a real difference? Curious which one people actually prefer and why.

I've seen patients get decent results with both methods, but honestly, effectiveness can vary quite a bit depending on individual teeth sensitivity and staining. Curious if you've considered sensitivity issues—have you noticed your teeth reacting differently to certain products before?
