Yeah, oil pulling was definitely a weird adjustment for me too, but I agree - it actually works. Took me about two weeks to really notice results, though. Patience is key with these things...glad it paid off for you!

Yeah, totally agree about patience. I tried oil pulling a while back and honestly thought it was kinda strange at first too. Took me a solid three weeks before I noticed any real difference, but once I did, it was pretty impressive. Glad you stuck with it long enough to see results - it's always nice when something actually lives up to the hype, right?

I've had a similar experience with oil pulling, actually. Initially, I was skeptical - felt a bit odd swishing coconut oil around for 15 minutes every morning. But after about two weeks, I noticed my gums felt healthier and my teeth looked subtly brighter. It's definitely not an overnight fix, but consistency pays off. Still, for a quick morning boost, I've found brushing gently with baking soda can help...just don't overdo it since it's abrasive.

I've also tried baking soda occasionally, but yeah, gotta be careful with that. Another quick trick I've found helpful (and budget-friendly) is rinsing with diluted hydrogen peroxide - just swish gently for about 30 seconds and rinse thoroughly after. Works pretty well in a pinch.

Yeah, peroxide's legit. Just gotta make sure it's diluted enough or you'll end up foaming at the mouth like a rabid raccoon (speaking from experience here...). Another cheap hack I've used is rubbing banana peel on my teeth - sounds weird, I know, but it actually helps brighten things up a bit overnight. Plus, you get a snack out of it. Win-win.
