"Honestly, I think it's more about removing surface stains slowly rather than an overnight miracle."

Yeah, that's been my experience too. Oil pulling felt refreshing, but didn't really brighten things up noticeably overnight. What worked better for me was using activated charcoal toothpaste occasionallyβ€”just once or twice a week. It's messy, but after a couple uses, I noticed coffee stains fading quicker. Definitely not instant magic, but it helps speed things along if you're patient...

Yeah, charcoal toothpaste is pretty good stuff, but have you tried baking soda? Not the tastiest thing, I'll admit, but it does a solid job of gently scrubbing away stains over time. Definitely agree nothing will whiten teeth dramatically overnightβ€”I've been down that road myself with various DIY hacks and ended up disappointed more than once. But combining a little baking soda paste with regular brushing every now and then seems to help noticeably after a few days. Also, do you rinse your mouth with water right after drinking coffee or tea? Sounds basic, but honestly, it helps stop stains from setting in deeper. It took me years to figure that one out... wish someone had told me sooner!
