Yeah, those whitening strips can be seriously intense. I tried them once, and the zings of pain were enough to make me toss the rest. I’ve also wondered about oil pulling—gave it a go for a week, but honestly, it just made my mouth feel greasy and didn’t do much for the color. Sensitive toothpaste has been my go-to too. Not flashy, but it’s gentle and I actually notice less staining over time, especially if I’m careful with coffee. Sometimes boring really is better for your teeth.

I hear you on the whitening strips—those “zingers” are no joke. I tried them when I had my braces off and it felt like tiny lightning bolts in my teeth. Did you notice any difference with oil pulling at all, or was it just a weird texture thing? I’m kind of skeptical about that one too. Sensitive toothpaste is underrated, honestly. Ever tried switching up your toothbrush type? I found a soft-bristled electric one made a bigger difference than I expected, especially with the coffee stains.

Totally agree, swapping to a soft-bristle electric brush was a game changer for me too. Less gum soreness, and it actually reached those weird spots my manual brush never did. As for oil pulling, I gave it a go—honestly, it just felt like swishing salad dressing for 20 minutes. Didn’t see much difference, but my mouth felt super clean after. Curious, did you notice your teeth getting less sensitive after switching toothpaste, or was it more about the stains?

Tried oil pulling once and nearly coughed myself into next week. Maybe I’m old-fashioned, but nothing beats a good ol’ rinse with mouthwash for me. Electric brushes are nice, but I swear my manual brush still gets those stubborn tea stains if I put in some elbow grease... or maybe I'm just set in my ways.

Same here—manual brush all the way. I keep eyeing those fancy electric ones, but my wallet screams every time. Baking soda and patience have been my budget whitening hack (just don’t overdo it or your gums will protest).
