Chilled teethers were a lifesaver for us too—cheap, reusable, and no fuss. I tried gels once or twice but honestly didn't notice much difference, plus the cost adds up quick for something so tiny. The finger massage trick was great in theory, but my little one had jaws like a baby shark... learned that lesson fast, haha. A damp washcloth worked better for us—soft enough to chew on and easy to toss in the laundry after. Sometimes the simplest solutions really are best, especially when you're watching your budget.

Haha, been there! Curious though—did anyone else notice their kiddo preferred certain textures? Mine absolutely hated silicone teethers but loved gnawing on wooden rings. Wonder if it's a sensory thing...?
