I've seen good results with both, honestly. PT can be a bit slow-going at first, but those gentle exercises really do help ease tension over time. Splints are great too, once you get past the awkward adjustment phase...just don't expect miracles overnight. Combining them usually hits the sweet spot.

I get why combining might seem ideal, but honestly, juggling both PT and splints felt overwhelming for me. Splints helped initially, but after a while, I found myself relying too much on them. PT was slower, sure, but it taught me habits that stuck long-term. Everyone's different though... just sharing what worked better in my case.
