Haha, totally relate to the cautious cinnamon sprinkle—I did something similar with pepper after my extraction. Thought I'd spice up my mashed potatoes just a tiny bit and ended up sneezing like crazy...lesson learned. You're smart to ease into things slowly, though. Honestly, smoothies and potatoes aren't the worst survival foods—could be stuck with way worse. Hang in there, you'll be crunching chips again soon enough.

Haha, pepper sounds rough...I remember trying to sneak in some garlic powder into my mashed potatoes after my wisdom teeth came out—big mistake. Burned like crazy and had me rinsing my mouth for ages. You're right though, smoothies and potatoes aren't too bad, especially if you're on a budget. Did you find any good smoothie combos that kept you feeling full longer? I struggled with hunger pangs between meals and could've used some tips back then...

I feel your pain about the garlic powder—I made a similar miscalculation with lemon juice once, thinking it'd brighten up my smoothie. Let's just say citrus and fresh extraction sites don't mix well. As for smoothies that keep hunger at bay, adding some avocado or Greek yogurt helped me a lot. The extra healthy fats and protein seemed to hold me over better. Peanut butter and banana was another combo I leaned on heavily...tasted good and filled me up nicely. Hang in there, it does get easier!

Oof, lemon juice sounds rough...I learned that one the hard way too. Another thing that's been a lifesaver for me is oats—I blend them right into my smoothies. Sounds weird, but it adds some thickness and fills you up longer. Also, throwing in a bit of protein powder helped me stay full without messing with the taste much. Honestly, after a few days, your body adjusts, and you'll find your rhythm with foods. You've got this!

Totally feel you on the oats thing, they're sneaky good in smoothies. I was skeptical at first too, but now it's my go-to. Protein powder is solid advice, but honestly, peanut butter saved my sanity. A spoonful blended in makes it creamy and keeps hunger at bay longer. Also, random tip—watch out for tiny seeds from berries. Learned that one the hard way when a raspberry seed decided to camp out in my extraction site...not fun. After a few days, you'll probably start craving crunchy stuff like crazy, but hang in there. It'll pass quicker than you think.
