I’ve been through the same cycle with dry mouth and soreness—honestly, techy gadgets like my ultrasonic flosser didn’t make a huge difference for me either. I actually found switching toothpaste brands helped more than any rinse. Some weeks, even that didn’t do much... seems like your body just adapts in unpredictable ways.

That’s interesting—my dentist recommended an ultrasonic flosser too, but honestly, I can’t say it was a game changer for me either. I’ve noticed that even minor tweaks, like switching to a toothpaste with higher fluoride, sometimes help more than all the fancy gadgets. It’s weird how some weeks my mouth just feels way more sensitive for no clear reason... I guess our bodies really do adapt in their own ways. Hang in there—it’s definitely not a linear process.

I totally get that—my gums seem to have a mind of their own too. Did you ever notice if what you eat makes it worse? I swear, some days spicy food just sets everything off. I’ve tried a few gadgets, but honestly, I keep coming back to the basics like soft brushes and good toothpaste. It really does feel like a trial-and-error thing. You’re right, it’s not linear, but it does get easier to manage once you find what works for you.

That’s been my experience too. Some weeks it’s like my teeth are extra moody for no reason—especially after adjustments. I tried fancy mouthwashes, but honestly, just sticking to gentle brushing and avoiding crunchy stuff helped the most. The unpredictability is the hardest part.

Yeah, totally get that. Some days I wake up and my teeth barely hurt, then suddenly I’ll bite into something soft and it’s like, nope, not today. I’ve found wax helps a ton for those random wire pokes. I tried a bunch of products too but ended up sticking to basics—soft brush, salt water rinse, and patience. It’s a weird mix of routine and surprises.
