Totally get what you're saying about progress sneaking up on you, but honestly, it's not always that subtle for everyone. I've seen patients who notice improvements almost immediately, while others feel stuck for months. Hang in there though... every mouth moves at its own pace.

I feel this. When I first got braces for my underbite, I swear nothing moved for like half a year. I'd stare in the mirror every morning, convinced my teeth were just stubbornly refusing to budge. Then one random day, I bit into an apple slice without struggling and realized something had shifted. It's weird how progress can be invisible until suddenly it's not... Hang tight, it really does sneak up on you eventually.

Haha, braces really test your patience, don't they? I remember thinking my orthodontist was secretly pranking meβ€”like, are these things even tightened properly or am I just funding their next vacation? But yeah, one day you realize you're chewing pizza crust without wrestling it like an alligator. Have you tried taking monthly selfies to track progress? Sounds cheesy, but comparing pics can actually help you spot those sneaky little changes. Hang in there...your teeth'll surrender eventually.

Haha, glad I'm not the only one feeling like this is taking forever. I've been doing the selfie thing too, and honestly, it helps a bit. Some months I swear nothing's changed, but then I look back at older pics and realize my teeth actually moved a tiny bit. Slow progress is still progress, right? Pizza crust without a wrestling match sounds like a dream...can't wait to get there eventually.
