How long did you actually feel “normal” after a sinus lift?

That “brick in my head” feeling is way too real. I remember propping myself up with pillows for weeks, just hoping gravity would help a little. It’s wild how you start planning your day around what you might have to pick up from the floor. I totally get the spicy food avoidance—I was paranoid about sneezing too. But hey, you made it through, and now you know your limits (and maybe have a new respect for humidifiers). It does get better, even if it takes longer than they say.

That “brick” feeling is such a weird one, right? I remember thinking it would go away after a week or two, but honestly, it lingered for at least a month. Did you get those random pressure headaches too? For me, humidifiers helped but weren’t a magic fix. The timeline they give you always feels optimistic—my “normal” came back slowly, not all at once. Curious if anyone else had more sinus congestion than pain? That was my main thing.

- That brick sensation is no joke, right?
- I had way more congestion than pain too, felt like my nose was filled with cement for weeks.
- The “normal” timeline they promise is definitely wishful thinking... mine took almost two months.
- Humidifiers helped a bit, but honestly, patience was the real MVP.
- Hang in there—it does get better, just way slower than you’d hope.
